RETURN RIGHTS AND EXCEPTIONS
1. If the purchased vehicle does not match the description or has major defects that were not disclosed prior, please contact us within 7 business days from delivery to initiate the return process.
2. If the vehicle is delivered in a condition that does not meet our advertised quality standards, we offer an option for a refund or exchange, depending on the situation.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To request a return of a vehicle, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us by phone or email to report the issue.
2. Provide the necessary information, including details about the defects found and photo evidence, if possible.
3. The vehicle must be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received, without any modifications or additional damage.
REFUNDS
If the return of the vehicle is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the receipt of the returned vehicle.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
